These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the onlymore.group site, the institutional site of ONLYMORE Group (SAS). This site is a showcase site of a holding company and its 5 subsidiaries. It offers neither financial transactions nor online service contracts.

Access to the site constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. If you disagree, please refrain from accessing the site.
3. Access
The site is freely accessible 24/7, except in the event of maintenance, force majeure or events beyond the control of ONLYMORE Group. ONLYMORE Group does not guarantee absolute availability and cannot be held liable for temporary unavailability.

All content of the site (texts, images, logos, videos, structure, source code, trademarks ONLYMORE, COLHYBRI, CROWNIUM, DOJUKU SHINGI, PLUMAYA) is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, representation, modification, exploitation or redistribution, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization, is prohibited and would constitute counterfeiting punishable by articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

The user undertakes to use the site in accordance with applicable laws. In particular, the user shall not:

- Undermine the integrity of the site (virus, mass scraping, denial of service)

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, exclusive jurisdiction is given to the courts of Nîmes, subject to mandatory provisions applicable to consumers.
